update:

So good news I was able to retrieve all my caption prompts (which had a couple of completed captions for any upcoming large post).  I've written a couple new captions as well (I use Google docs for that) but I still need a new laptop to put everything together which I will be buying soon.  So hopefully I will be able to resume next week.
